When Adversity Comes Calling

We all go through situatons in life that cause us to feel many different emotions.
It can be painful, when we are in the middle of our predicament. It helps to recognize just what we are feeling at the time.
When adversity comes calling our name, what is it exactly that we feel?
despair
fear
frustration
sadness
confusion
physical muscle pain
mental anguish
How can we hold on and ride the wave until it breaks upon the soft shores of home? The number one thing that always comes to mind when i find myself involved in something unpleasant and confusing, is to pray.
I ask for God's guidance and wisdom in times of difficulty and confusion.
When a challenge appears insurmountable, I know with God's help, I can make it through.
After thought, and prayer, must come action on our part.
This action must be fortified with the strength we hold inside.
We need to proceed with caution, as not to make any mistakes in our resolve.
If we believe in what we are fighting for, and give it our best, we will reach a place of peace.
Our convictions must be strong and deep enough to carry us through.
Our deep Faith in God and ourselves, will give us the courage we need to succeed.
Our destiny depends on how well we conduct ourselves and the matter at hand.
We must continue through with determination
And make every effort to improve our situation
Experience should help steer us in the right direction
Patience can be our best friend
Our integrity must always stay in tact
And we must try not to lose our perspective.
Our perseverance will always help give us added energy and stamina.
Honesty is paramount to anything working out for the good of all
who hold their word sacred.
Decisions should be made with a clear head and a strong heart.
No matter how insignificant or profound our situation, we must comtemplate on our thoughts, actions and reactions, and hold ourselves to our own beliefs and boundaries.
Faith and Hope must walk with us hand in hand as we try to do our best.
The love of family and friends is of great comfort when the world seems to be turning a little faster at the time.
Our vision for a conclusion to whatever we may be going through, should keep us motivated to move forward in a positive fashion.
Our persistence will help keep our minds busy while our lives are off kilter for a while.
These are the moments that add to our learning experiences on Earth.
If we can improve the quality of our lives by changing the traits that do us no good, and adopting those that pave our way to positivity, we will feel fulfilled.
We can make it through our ordeal with more knowledge, more wisdom, and more patience.
Victory will be ours.
And we can move on with the experience we'll need for the next set of circumstances that come our way.
